today me and my family went on a helicopter ride for my brothers' b-day. it was so much fun. we went along la jolla shores and mission beach and saw belmont park. we flew around see world and over the sand diego air port, which was a little scary. we also flew over balboa park and sdsu. it was very fun although i got a little sick, since i do get motion sickness. unfortunatley, a couple days earlier my camera broke, so i wasn't able to take any pictures, which was a real bummer. but other than that i had a great time. never been in a helicopter before, so this was a great experience.

On a darker note, it was a shock and a shame that micheal jackson died. i was watching dr. phil when it was interupted to break the news. he has had a tortured childhood that influenced his adulthood and, although it is sad that he died, i am sure, now, he will have some sort of peace to rest in. but, what i find strange, and a little wrong is that everybody always said horrible things about him and his life when he was alive, and now that he is dead they want to say how great he was and much they will miss him. all of the music tv stations have done nothing but play his music and life story since he died and now, all of a sudden, all od the radio stations want to play his music non stop. where was all of this love and respect when he was alive. anyway i hope and pray that his family, especially his kids, find peace in this time.
